Restarting Yealink Phones from Keypad

There may be times when it is necessary to restart a phone to resolve an issue that is being experienced. This can be done by unplugging the power or network cable from the phone, but this can be challenging and potentially result in damage to the cables or phone handset. Instead, the below procedure can be done directly from the keypad for a quick and easy restart.

Procedure

Press and hold the X button on the keypad (see the highlighted button in the image on the right)
When prompted if you would like to restart the phone, press the OK softkey below the screen
Wait for the phone to restart
